How do I place an order?
ONLINE: You can place an order online via our secure merchant account system
PHONE: You can place an order by phone - just call our professional sales specialist at 1-866-526-1843
FAX: You can place an order via fax - 866-526-1843. Please include all required information, such as item number, contact information, payment information, billing and shipping information. When we receive your fax, we will contact you for verifications before the order is processed.
Please note that placing your order online is faster, safer and more efficient. It will ensure that your shipping address, billing address and item(s) ordered are correct.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, personal check, and Paypal.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Texas (TX).
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we use a completely secure merchant account system.
When does my credit card get charged?
When you place an order online, there is a hold that is authorized on your credit card for the amount of your purchase. Once we confirm the availability of your purchase, we charge your credit card. If your item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified by our sales specialist.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order. In addition, you will be emailed tracking information for your order once it has been shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please call client service. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

Do You Ship to Canada?
We do ship orders to Canada; please call our sales specialist with the item number and your zip code to get a quote on applicable broker and tariff fees to get your purchase across the border.

Free Ground Delivery - Small to Medium Sized Lighting Fixtures
Ground delivery uses either FedEx or UPS. Most of our smaller to medium size lighting fixtures ship this way. These items will be delivered to your door with no signature required. It is your responsibility to inspect the item thoroughly upon delivery and notify us within 3 business days of any freight damage.
Free Curbside Delivery - Large or Heavy Lighting Fixtures
Curbside delivery uses LTL freight, which utilizes a semi-truck company. Our large lighting fixtures require this shipping method. Please note, we provide residential delivery using this service, but we cannot guarantee inside delivery. They will schedule a delivery window of 4 hours, and someone needs to be at the delivery address to accept and thoroughly inspect the delivery. Please have additional help with you at delivery to properly receive and inspect your purchase when choosing this shipping option.

Upgrade to White Glove Delivery for $25 - Qualified Large Lighting Fixtures
We offer an upgrade to white glove delivery for all qualified large lighting fixtures for an additional cost of $25 per fixture. White glove delivery includes inside placement, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools).
Our goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery driver's departure. If the item is damaged, please write "Damaged" on the signature slip.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Items ship from the manufacturer. Many of our items are custom made on order. When we receive your order,we will provide an estimated ship date, which is subject to change on occasion.
If you need your order quickly, call us with the item numbers and our sales specialist will work with you to expedite your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Client satisfaction is our top priority. Our goal is to make the process of returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free. We have outlined our policies below, or call our Client Service help line for personal attention at 1-866-526-1843, ext. 2.
How do I return my order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.
Your satisfaction is our guarantee on all purchases from UniqueVanities.com, UniqueMirrorsOnline.com , UniqueEcoFurniture.com & UniqueLightFixture.com. If you receive your items from us and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price less return shipping and handling costs. If you decide to exchange for another item, we may be able to reduce some or all of the shipping fees. Please call us in this situation and we will work together with you to ensure your satisfaction. Please note, some of our items are custom made and cannot be returned. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Wrap the product carefully in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging unless approved first. We will provide an estimated refund and will schedule the return shipment. Please keep your tracking information provided upon pick up. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and process any refunds due.
What if my order is damaged?
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any freight damage or manufacturing defects.
Though we strive to package all of our products with great care and detail, there are some things that are out of our control (like a forklift in the freight terminal).
You will receive detailed delivery instructions with your tracking information upon shipment.
If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove:
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and you find that your purchase is missing parts or has minor defects/flaws, please contact us immediately and we will ship out new parts or work on a resolve to your satisfaction.
If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction.
IMPORTANT: Please inspect your order upon delivery and make note of any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt provided by the freight driver. It is important that you keep all original packaging if a return or exchange is needed.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Unique Light Fixture makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. Keep in mind that all products are individually handcrafted, therefore, can vary in color. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please note: We are not responsible for color variations or measurements that are slightly off (three inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.
Price Match Guarantee
Found a better price on one of our items on another site? Call our sales specialist and provide the store information, the item number, advertised price, and shipping costs. We will do our best to price match. We have found that very few of our competitors carry our product lines, so it must be an exact item number match to qualify. This price match policy is not available for auction site listings or discontinued lines.
Gift Certificates
If you return an item that was purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit for the amount of the gift certificate.
