Chandeliers can create interest and beauty in your home. In fact, because of today's large selection of chandelier lighting, especially on the internet, you can find the right type of lighting for just about anywhere in your home, no matter the size of the room or style. There is truly something perfect for everyone.

Before you even begin shopping for chandelier lighting you first need to be familiar with the types of lighting available. Check out rustic chandeliers, this is lighting that is made to have a very rustic appearance to it that can transform a room. If you happen to reside in a log home or have a rustic-designed home this would be perfect. You can also choose form antler lighting, wall sconce styles, and much more.

Establishing your lighting requirements: No matter which style you are looking to accomplish, you need to start by determining how much money you want to spend, whether or not you want just one chandelier or if you need a center piece and accent lighting, and the size of the space you are working with. You don't want to overwhelm a small room with a chandelier that is too large.

Creating a look: For a nice large room, consider a large chandelier at the center of the space and then add accents. Wall sconces are a fantastic way to complement your chandelier. Many sconces are made to coordinate perfectly with chandelier lighting. Wrought iron is a very popular option for this decorating style. The other really fabulous thing about decorating this way is that you now have levels of lighting in the space. If you need a lot of light, you can turn on the chandelier and all of the accent lighting. If you want a dim level, you can just do the sconces, and so on.

It is also very important to measure your space. You need to know how large of a chandelier your room can handle, and you also need to know how low it can hang in the space without being too low. If you have a large vaulted ceiling, you have a lot of leeway, because you can adjust the chandelier until it's perfect. If you have a standard ceiling height, you need a smaller chandelier that will be flush to the ceiling. If your chandelier is going over a dining table, then the chandelier can hang a little lower and it will be okay.

If you are going to do your own wiring, make sure you do your homework. The lighting you purchase will come with instructions, be sure to follow it very closely. Please make safety your number one priority. If at any point you become overwhelmed with the project, please consider hiring and electrician.

I have not experienced this level of customer service in a very long time. I am extremely pleased with the "relationship" you have formed with me as a client through this experience. This has been a great purchase from every angle. Thank you! Shannon Coghlan PA (UniqueVanities.com Client)

There's no improvement when you're the best - again, we are very pleased. We love our piece, loved our price and thought that it was great to receive a nice towel and gourmet soap just for purchasing. You have a fantastic selection and the quality is unbelievable. Keep it up!! Peter Kardasakis, NY (UniqueVanities.com Client)
